PrintAggretech Takeover Approved

Competition authorities have approved Tognum’s takeover of Aggretech, the Bavarian manufacturer of power gen-sets. Tognum, which plans to rename the new subsidiary MTU Onsite Energy Systems GmbH, will received 75.1% of the shares in Aggretech.
Aggretech’s Board of Management and new managing directors will be Hubert Diener, chairman, and Stephan Hoffmann. Diener previously served as the Head of the Special Production Department at MTU Friedrichshafe and Hoffmann was CFO of Aggretech.
