IRPC Public Co. Ltd., an integrated petrochemical company in Thailand, has signed a 12-year contractual service agreement (CSA) with GE to cover six GE Frame 6B gas turbines at the company’s combined heat and power (CHP) plant.

The plant, located in Rayong Province, serves an industrial park situated about 200 km east of Bangkok. The nominal output of the CHP plant is about 220 MW of electric power and 363 T/hr of process steam at the required pressure and temperature levels.

The CSA will be supported by local teams from the GE Keppel service center in Singapore that covers Thailand as well as other countries in the region. IRPC is a subsidiary of PTT Group, an energy conglomerate in Southeast Asia.
