PrintGE Acquires Remote Energy Monitoring

GE has acquired Remote Energy Monitoring Ltd., which has operations in the United Kingdom and Australia.
Remote Energy’s software and hardware technologies allow users to monitor and manage their energy consumption, and will help GE address the European Union’s goals for lower emissions. Remote Energy Monitoring’s metering technology is also approved by U.K. regulators.
