The Heinzmann Group has acquired Norwegian company Data Process Automasjon AS. The company supplies products for marine automation in civilian markets and the navy.
Its product and service portfolio includes alarm systems, inspection and supervision of propulsion machinery, power management and other technical ship systems. For years, the company has been the Norwegian representative for Heinzmann.
The company's name will be changed into Data Process AS and will continue to operate from its offices in Narvik and Bergen/Askøy, Norway.
