Power Machines, EMAlliance Set For Integration

Power Machines OJSC has entered into the authorized capital of EMAlliance PJSC after signing a share purchase agreement with Auburn Investments Co., which holds 100% of EMAlliance PJSC shares. The transaction will be completed pending approval from the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Russian Federation among other national authorities.

“The integration between EMAlliance and Power Machines is a logical step for both parties and it will provide the companies with additional development prospects,” said Igor Kostin, Director General of Power Machines OJSC. “This will eventually enable us to implement larger projects through supplying complete sets of equipment for boiler and turbine islands.”

EnergoMachinostroitelny Alliance (EMAlliance) is one of the largest Russian power-plant engineering companies with international experience and expertise in the field of design, production and complete shipment of boiler and turbine islands for thermal power industry, including execution of turn-key (EPC) contracts.

Power Machines is a Russian producer and supplier of products in the energy machine industry including engineering, production, delivery, assembly, servicing and modernization of equipment for thermal stations, nuclear, hydraulic and gas-turbine power plants.
