PrintDresser-Rand Secures Contract for Compression Equipment In China

Dresser-Rand Company has supplied DATUM centrifugal compression equipment to Dalian Petrochemical Company for its refinery in Northeast China, which produces gasoline for automobiles. The contract, valued at approximately US$10 million, includes three DATUM units. Two will be used in the refinery’s net gas process, while the third unit will be used in hydrogen recycling. The DATUM compressors for Dalian recently were manufactured and shipped from D-R's facility in Olean, New York, U.S.A.
