PrintGE Oil & Gas To Provide Turbines, Compressors To PNG LNG

GE Oil & Gas has signed contracts to supply PGT25+G4 gas turbines, rated 34 MW each, and centrifugal compressors, as well as long-term service, to PNG LNG for two LNG trains at the Hides gas conditioning plant in Papua, New Guinea.
The service contract covers the maintenance of 13 turbo compressor trains and other benefits, said GE. The PNG LNG project includes gas production and processing facilities, onshore and offshore pipelines and liquefaction facilities with the capacity of 6.6 million tons per year.
