PrintZF Marine Opens New Technical Training Center
ZF Marine LLC, the North American subsidiary of ZF Marine Group in Padova, Italy, has opened a technical training center at the company’s new North American headquarters facility in Miramar, Florida, U.S.A.
The new training center will provide ZF Marine’s authorized North and Central American service partners with training modules on all of ZF Marine’s family of products. Courses will include ZF Marine’s electronic control systems, product diagnostic and repair for transmissions, as well as ZF Marine’s family of POD drives.
The facility also consists of a classroom for theoretical training and a shop area for practical training. The classroom can accommodate 24 students. ZF Marine said it is also considering offering basic maintenance courses for captains and boat owners in the future.
