Kittiwake Developments Acquires Holroyd Instruments

Kittiwake Developments has acquired Holroyd Instruments, a manufacturer of acoustic emission technology. The newly named Kittiwake Holroyd will supply acoustic emission instruments for the early detection of problems in various applications, all relating to monitoring the condition of rotating machinery.

Holroyd’s product range includes portable instruments, permanently installed remote sensors for areas of difficult access and stand-alone programmable smart sensors for continuous surveillance. The latest announcement follows the Kittiwake acquisition of Procal, a provider of in-situ emissions monitoring technology.

Kittiwake specializes in machinery condition monitoring, fuel and lube oil analysis, emissions monitoring and water testing.
