Tognum to Deliver Emergency Power Generator Sets for Indian Air Traffic Hub

Indian energy systems manufacturer Sterling Generators has recently awarded a contract for 14 large diesel engines for emergency power supply gensets to Tognum business unit Onsite Energy & Components. These gensets are designed to supply the new terminal 3 at the Indian air traffice hub Indira Gandhi International Airport when power outages occur. This order comes with an option for the delivery of eight additional engines.

These 14 20V 4000 G63L diesel engines will be delivering an electrical output of 33.6 MW.
