AP&M Acquires Assets Of Allied Power Group

Aviation, Power & Marine Inc. (AP&M) has acquired the assets of Capital Spares Division of Allied Power Group LLC, a Houston, Texas, U.S.A.-based provider of repair services for heavy duty industrial gas turbine engines.

AP&M also announced that Michael Elliott, the former executive vice president with Allied, has joined the company as its vice president.
