Capstone providing 39 microturbines to Mexican government facility

Capstone Turbine Corp. received an order for 39 diesel-fueled microturbines totaling 7.2 MW, which will provide power to a Mexican government facility.
The order includes 35 Capstone C200’s and 4 C65 liquid-fueled systems, which will be installed in early 2013.
Enerxpert, a Capstone distributor, secured the order and will be responsible for deploying and supporting the facility for the next two years. The 39 microturbines will provide power for mission-critical loads at the government facility.
