New CSA for GE Energy In Thailand
GE Energy has signed a contractual service agreement (CSA) to provide maintenance services for two GE Frame 6B gas turbines operating at a Gulf Cogeneration Company Ltd. power plant in Saraburi, Thailand. The service agreement covers all planned and unplanned maintenance activities over nearly 12 years, and also includes high technology parts uprates with performance guarantees.
The Gulf Cogeneration Company is a subsidiary of the Gulf Electric Public Company Limited that operates three cogeneration plants in Thailand based on GE's Frame 6B gas turbines. With the latest agreement, all six Frame 6B units owned by Gulf Electric – including Samutprakarn Cogeneration and Nongkhae Cogeneration – are now covered by contractual service agreements.
