In his new role, as executive vice president, Rhodes will oversee the Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Manufacturing departments. He will also manage E2 Power Systems LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Basler Electric Co., as well as Basler’s facilities located in Suzhou, China and Singapore.

Tom Harnetiaux

Harnetiaux joined Basler Electric in 2011 as a market segment manager for Power Generation. Before joining Basler, Harnetiaux was senior marketing analyst with a leading display and scoreboard solutions manufacturer. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and a master’s of Business Administration from McKendree University. As vice president of Sales and Marketing, Harnetiaux is responsible for developing and growing Basler’s presence in the worldwide marketplace.

“Ken and Tom embody the ideals our company strives for every day. They are passionate leaders who are determined to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations and are committed to doing so with the highest degree of integrity”, said Gary Dolbeare, president and CEO. “These promotions show Basler’s unwavering commitment to these principles as we move forward.”
