Heinzmann names Virchow head of gas engine unit

Heinzmann said Robert Virchow is now head of its new Business Unit Gas Engines at the company headquarters in Schönau, Germany.

The company, which is a system supplier and development partner of engine management solutions for combustion engines and turbines, said it established the unit to help manage the growing demand for gas engines and their components. Virchow’s gas engine market knowledge, his network and absolute customer orientation will help promote the growth of Heinzmann in the gas engine management section, the company said.
