Inspection, Maintenance Contract Awarded To EthosEnergy

By Jack Burke06 June 2018

EthosEnergy said it has been awarded a multi-million US dollar inspection contract to provide field service, parts replacement and component repair to a power plant in Texas.

The contract provides major maintenance coverage, extending for one full major inspection cycle for a GE 7EA gas turbine generator unit.

“Our primary focus for this contract is to deliver quality and safe execution,” said Chris Wilkinson, global head of Gas Turbines, Americas at EthosEnergy. “The work carried out at the Texas facility will not only improve overall turbine efficiency but also extend the life of the plant.

“We took the time to fully understand the customer’s business objectives and requirements for the contract, which allowed us to tailor a value-add solution.”
