Power Plants Of The World

Diesel & Gas Turbine Worldwide has a 50-year history of covering not only engine and turbine developments, but their applications as well.

We will once again highlight key projects in our annual Power Plants Of The World feature. The goal of the coverage is focus on power plants commissioned during the 2018 calendar year.

To qualify, a project should demonstrate advances in one or more of the following:

  • Efficiency Increases
  • Emissions Improvements
  • Environmental Aesthetics
  • Construction Principles
  • Operational Characteristics

Please submit a synopsis (up to 750 words) of the chosen project. This synopsis should include not only the highlighted advances, but any special equipment, aside from the driver, that makes the project noteworthy. Please also provide one or two high quality, high-resolution photographs of the installation.
