Daewoo Shipbuilding, Marine Engineering Receive US$510 Million Order

Daewoo Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering have received a US$510 million (€364 million) order to build one offshore platform for Chevron Corp.

The platform is for oil and natural gas production, the company said. The platform is scheduled to be delivered to Angola, Africa, by the fourth quarter of 2013.
