Moteurs Baudouin Launches New Engine Range

French engine builder, Moteurs Baudouin has launched a new engine range, the first since the company was acquired by China's Weichai Power.

At the recent SMM trade show, Moteurs unveiled its new French-built M26.2 range of marine diesel engines, which are available in six -, eight- and 12-cylinder options, ranging from a nominal power of 331 kW at 1500 r/min to 808 kW at 1900 r/min. They are IMO Tier 2 compliant and also meet inland shipping regulations, which the company said is a core market segment target.
