Dellner Acquires German Manufacturer

Swedish-based marine and industrial brake supplier Dellner Brakes has acquired JHS Jungblut, a German manufacturer of brakes and yaw sliding bearings for wind turbines.
Deller said the move that will strengthen the company’s offering in the wind energy market, and also enable further global expansion, particularly in the Far East.
The move follows Dellner’s acquisition of German brake manufacturer Pintsch Bubenzer in January.
Formed in 2008, JHS has 43 employees and has operations in China and India.
